the location was favourable and excellent, very close to the centre of dun laoghaire and dun laoghaire and the pavilion theatre, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. also, a public park was easy to reach. the rooms were huge, updated, and had central heating, tv, and tea/coffee making equipment. i loved views over garden.

Huge, cosy units provided with a ridiculously huge bed, a big TV, as example. Particularly good and magnificent location, walking distance to everywhere.

Pretty standard and quirky accommodation with STUNNING setting near to train to Dublin as well as the Pavilion Theatre. A good choice of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Early check-in, parking on site. Good for one night.

We loved cycling to the nearby beach and checking out the local pubs. The room was cozy, and the self-service check-in made it super easy. The neighborhood was perfect for group outings, and the nearby attractions were a plus. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun and informal getaway!
The hostess wasn't around much, made things a bit confusing at times. We did manage fine, but it would've been better with a more attentive host.

We enjoyed staying at a cozy spot close to the sea. The kids had a blast cycling in the lovely neighborhood, and the nearby parks were perfect for them to run around. The helpful staff made things easy for our large family.
My kids wished for more bathroom options.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the sea and the Dart station. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. It was a bit inconvenient having the bathroom on an upper floor, but the cleanliness of the place made up for it. A good French pastry at a nearby café was the cherry on top of a pleasant stay.

Solo traveler experience
When I arrived, I saw the door was broken, it reminded me of old times, but when I finally got inside, it was clean enough to ignore the flaws. Met a neighbor who lent me a charger when mine was dead, that was some unexpected kindness.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still tolerable.
